• Executive C&B works: Timekeeping & day off, salary calculation, social insurance, personal income tax (PIT) implementation.
• Implement HR administration including prepare contracts, related documents, filing & maintaining personal records,
• Implement and supervise the process & procedure of the performance evaluation for probationary, labour extension, promotion, appointment, job transfer, termination and dismissal..
• Update and implement HR software and employee data.
• Prepare report on C&B, onboard, termination, turnovers…
• Support HRM in building & developing the working regulations and implement the HR policies and procedures.
• Implement internal & external events (Company trip, team building, year end party, employee birthdays…)
• Implement internal training: prepare logistics & materials, follow the feedback from trainee & trainer, administrative the training data base.
• Support expatriates on working permits & visa and relocated work related.
• Do other jobs assigned by Manager.
