- Plan maintenance, periodic maintenance of machinery and equipment systems;
- Monitor and inspect the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment according to the plan;
- Receive information on incidents and failures, investigate the causes, and find a way to handle them quickly and thoroughly, without affecting the production schedule;
- Propose and implement to improve production productivity of machinery and equipment;
- In charge of managing the Technician Team of the department;
- Support Technicians to install new equipment and machines;
- Ensure Safety and 5S issues of the working area;
- Other tasks required by Supervisor/Manager.- Male, have a bachelor of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or have related experience;
- Having experience in the relevant position at a Manufacturing Company is a plus (Fresher is accepted);
- Command English, can use Auto CAD, PLC, Inverter;
- Having knowledge and experience of 5S, Safety, ISO 9000/14000, and wire/cable machines is an advantage.
