Register and input data in the ERP system
Determining the HS code for export products
Execute import/export shipping process including preparation of all shipping documents in appropriate quality
Follow up with shipping lines, and forwarding agents until booking is confirmed and update the shipping schedule
Check and confirm data declarations are accurate before submitting to the Customer Office
Follow up and execute the payment process
Prepare monthly reports
Other tasks as assigned by the ManagerGraduate from University in an Import - Export major
At least 1 year of experience in Shipping/Import/Export
Have knowledge about Incoterm, HS Code, and experience in the fields of control Forwarder
Good knowledge of legal regulations on Import and Export activities
Fluency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and English communication
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under high-pressureNegotiated salary
Working time: 22 days/month; 12 annual leave and 03 Company Days off/year
