- Input data into a database to maintain up- to- date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to an inquiry
- Other tasks required by the Supervisor/Manager.
- Receive incoming goods, check for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices
- Update stock cards and inventory records; and complete receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a storage or warehouse
- Monitor turnover of whole materials then report to the Manager if any abnormal
- Conduct the Kaizen activities to improve WH efficiency
- Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space

- Have a University Degree in a related major such as Business Administration, Economics, Import & Export, Accountant...
- Hard- working and willing- to- learn person
- Ability to communicate in English
- Having experience in a similar position and knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 is a plus
- Fluency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Have high responsibility and Kaizen mindset

- Shuttle buses from Hai Duong City or Hanoi City (Time City) to Company
