What You Bring to the Team:

• Solid & practical grasp of software engineering principles and best practices
• At least 4 years of experience in software development or as a Principal.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and any associated
• frameworks
• Experience working at product-based companies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a practical approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI or machine learning development.

Office: At first, working remotely takes about 1-2 months for the company to set up the office. After the company sets up the office, we will go to the office in District 1, every 2 days a week.

Benefits:

• The annual salary is $80.000 USD, and only suitable candidates are needed.

Interview process: 4 rounds:

• Round 1: Casual, free-flow chat with Mr. Justin - up to ~1hr, 
• Round 2: Initial chat with engineers: ~1hr 
• Round 3: Pair programming and system design: ~2h30 
• Round 4: Final interview: ~1hr
