What You Bring to the Team:

• 5 years of experience in Fullstack development with NodeJS/ReactJS, with ReactJS accounting for at least 50%.
• Solid & practical grasp of software engineering principles and best practices
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and any associated frameworks
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a practical approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

• The annual salary is $80.000 USD, and only suitable candidates are needed.

Interview process: 4 rounds:

• Round 1: Casual, free-flow chat with Mr. Justin - up to ~1hr, 
• Round 2: Initial chat with engineers: ~1hr 
• Round 3: Pair programming and system design: ~2h30 
• Round 4: Final interview: ~1hr
