Roles And Responsibilities

• Take on the challenges of building a fintech product with cutting edge technologies and Cloud Native services.
• Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals, create a positive team culture (e.g. curious, mutually challenging, collaborative). Lead teams that deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to deliver with velocity and quality.
• Proactively push yourself and others to keep raising the bar.
• Improve engineering quality and efficiency (e.g. improve workflow, code review, etc.)
• Tackle the challenging digitalization of very complex financial processes and logic.
• Support Operation and Business teams to deliver excellent customer experience.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 6+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management building holistic web-based software solutions, API design, and interactions between servers and clients
• At least 2 years of solid work experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS and SQL database. Preferrably hands-on.
• At least 2 years of experience with building software on cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure,…)
• Understanding of product development cycles, design thinking, and agile methodology.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel
• Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously
• Exccellent command of English
