1.1 JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Support native teachers in teaching and monitoring learning activities in class to record student progress.
● Create teaching materials and teach tutorial classes.
● Be in charge of getting all teaching materials ready and setting up equipment before class.
● Keep track of students’ study and do weekly reports related to subjects being studied in English.
● Store and organize students’ portfolios for classes in charge.
● Be responsible for classroom activities on Moodle.
● Collect weekly lesson plans and post them on Parent Portal.
● Assist the native teachers to design exams, grade assignments, mark multiple choice exams and input the scores on Pupil Portal.
● Input exam results and assessment task results onto Portal.
● Complete report forms and comments for the students’ progress.
● Accompany and supervise students on field trips and school activities involved.
● Attend faculty meetings as well as parent-teacher conferences.
● Support the Board of Principal with professional tasks.
● Participate in other school tasks when being assigned by the managers.

1.2 WORKING HOUR:
40 hours per week from Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 17:00 (included the lunch time).
