BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – LONG-TERM CLIENTS

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, D1

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop long-term vehicle rental clients including corporates, schools, factories, experts, and business owners.

- Proactively approach and consult clients on suitable long-term rental solutions.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and sign long-term rental contracts in accordance with company policies.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the contract period; follow up on periodic payments.

- Maintain long-term client relationships to renew contracts or expand fleet size.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Technical, Accounting) to ensure service quality and contract execution.

- Update customer data, contract status, and sales performance reports as required.

Requirements

- College or University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

- Minimum 02 years of experience in Business Development or Sales under B2B or B2B2C models.

- Proven ability to acquire, build, and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft 365).

- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
