SEKO Viet Nam ( Ha Noi Office) are seeking experienced Commercial Manager to join us.This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge and a focus on driving results
Scope of work:
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and maximize profitability.
Responsible for managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) along with product management, as well as local market penetration and revenue growth.
Lead and manage the commercial department.
Oversee the sales and marketing functions, ensuring effective client relationship management and expanding the company&039;s customer base.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all commercial activities.
Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage commercial budgets, financial forecasts and reporting.
Drive local market penetration, aiming for a revenue growth target of 20%.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to align commercial strategies with product development, operations and finance.
Serve as the representative for the country in all commercial activities, maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Manage the P&L along with product management, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
Develop trade lanes and networks, identifying opportunities for expansion and strategic partnerships.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the development of new services or solutions.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company&039;s visibility and expand professional networks.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Initiate and develop customer retention programs, marketing activities, and communication strategies to enhance customer loyalty and brand awareness.
Organize and lead a team that includes necessary functions appropriate to the company&039;s development stage, such as Key Account Management (KAM), Business Development (BD), local sales, and marketing.
Conduct market research and work together with product management and the General Director (GD) for product/category development.
Develop and implement commercial strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, revenue targets, and market expansion goals.

Self- motivated

Commercially minded
Experience in Air, Ocean & Road freight sales preferred
Maturity
Strong communication and organization skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in relevant discipline
In- depth knowledge of logistics industry products and services
Individual and self- discipline
Background in Freight Forwarding/Shipping and Logistics (5 years +)
Ability to create and develop opportunities
