Job Overview

This position is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable at Seko Vietnam, playing a key role as shipment controller, and coordinating with other departments to ensure revenue and costs for each job are updated accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end credit control processes

· Issue e-invoices, reconcile and send account receivable statements to customers

· Verify shipments to ensure accurate and complete revenue/cost recording

· Generate weekly AR and WIP aging reports for management, follow up on customer collections, and ensure to achieve AR targets

· Perform daily bank reconciliations

· Post journal entries

· Prepare month-end closing reports and handle tax reporting and submissions

· Act as master data and system controller for cleanup and guide departments

· Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager.

Education and Qualification:

· University qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Auditing.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.

· Good understanding of VAS and Vietnamese Tax system.

· Fluent in English, both written and verbal
