Job Overview

This role is responsible for all Account Payable tasks, following up the payment to vendors related to business and administration.

Preparing financial reports in compliance with local tax rules and internal Seko’ requirements.

Responsibilities Account Payable:

· Lead an end-to-end purchase-to-pay process

· Perform daily payments to suppliers and manage AP invoices

· Update accounts payable and perform AP reconciliations

· Check VAT input and VAT declaration between CW and hardcopy invoices

Manage General Ledgers

· Overseas SG&A expenses. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are posted.

· Perform monthly cost center allocation.

· Manage Fixed Asset and monthly run depreciation expenses

· Check PIT, VAT, WHT reports to ensure the correct calculation & tax law application

· Prepare balance sheets review and commentaries for outstanding items.

· Assist Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings, group reporting and VAS financial reports

· Work with auditors and consultants on accounting and tax reports.

· Cash flow management, weekly forecast and reporting daily bank balances.

· Other Ad hoc works as requested by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education and Qualification:

· University qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Auditing.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.

· Good understanding of VAS and Vietnamese Tax system, specifically CIT, VAT, FCT.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Fluent in English, both written and verbal

· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

· Proactive and ability to work effectively in a team environment
