Spa:

• Assist and support Spa staff and management in daily activities

• Greet and attend guests

• Provide high quality customer services to Spa guests

• Respond to guests inquires and concerns

• Solve guests’ complaints and misunderstandings

• Assist and collaborate with front desk staff in providing excellent services to guests

• Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the spa

• Handle and maintain equipment and tools in proper spa settings

• Ensure maintenance within the spa centre

• Maintain spa premises neat and a good working environment

• Establish and maintain good relationships with spa staff and guests

• Ensure client's safety, comfort and well-being

• Participate at marketing and promotion activities

• Take inventory, order and maintain spa equipment, tools and other necessary instruments

• Perform other duties as requested by the Wellness Director

Wellness:

• Assist the Wellness director in organizing, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive

selection of wellness and fitness classes, events and activities designed to meet the needs of the

Guests.

• Researches current health & fitness trends and develops new offerings in response to the guest

needs

• Respond to guests inquires and concerns

• Ensure client's safety, comfort and well-being

• Participate at marketing and promotion activities

• Perform other duties as requested by the Wellness Director

• To Examine the Customers for Diagnosing Wellness Issues.

• Maintaining Customer Ailment Data-sheet.

• Suggesting / convincing appropriate Therapies& Nutrition Advice

• Supervising Therapies / Massages.

• Preparing & Following Wellness Process.

2. Kinh nghiệm / Experience:

• Có kinh nghiệm từ cấp Tổ trưởng/ Giám sát, hiểu biết trong ngành Spa & Wellness.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm môi trường resort, khách sạn tiêu chuẩn 5*.
