Position Title: Manager Assistant (Vietnam Branch, Open to Recent Graduates)
Location: Hanoi; Work-from-home option available until the official opening of the Hanoi office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the General Manager of the Vietnam branch in managing daily operations and administrative tasks related to medical imaging products.
2. Effectively communicate and coordinate in a bilingual Chinese-Vietnamese environment, ensuring smooth business proceedings and potentially handling document translations between Chinese, Vietnamese, and English as needed.
3. Maintain clear lines of communication and promptly respond to messages from superiors, demonstrating a high level of responsiveness and participation in team collaboration.
Requirements & Benefits:
•Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese; excellent written and spoken Vietnamese; good reading comprehension in English.
•Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field within the Medical domain; outstanding recent graduates are welcome to apply.
•Skills Required: Strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and familiarity with office software applications; a fundamental understanding and interest in the medical imaging industry is advantageous.
•Business Travel: Willingness to undertake short-term business trips with corresponding travel allowances provided.
