Soluis (www.soluis.com) are seeking an organized and proactive Finance and Office Manager to oversee the financial activities and operations of our Viet Nam team. The role will report to the Chief of Staff and provide support to Group Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities
Finance and Accounting:
- Oversee and manage finance and accounting for the Vietnamese team.
- Manage financial transactions and relationships with suppliers, including invoice / payments processing / tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with the global business operations team.
- Support with cashflow planning.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing office facilities and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
- b. Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
- Plan and organize team social events. Manage logistics and budget for these activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief of Staff as needed.
