The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. Ensuring that the requirements for factory’s quality assurance ability are effectively implemented and
maintained by the factory.
Responsibilities
- Understanding and complying with the usage and marking requirements
of compulsory product certification/CQC voluntary certification, conditions
of cancellation, suspension and withdrawal, to ensure certificates and marks are used properly.
In charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all
products meet consistent standards P 2
- Establish Flow Process Chart (FPC), Control Plan (CP) for new model.
- Review/Update when necessary. Discover Supplier Quality Manual and Customer-specific requirements with each Customer.
- Work with New Model Department to prepare and submit PPAP package to Customer
- Prepare/follow items for External Audits (Certificate Body of IATF, homologation…)
- Solve Customer Claim (receive information from customers, coordinate other depts to find out root cause/ corrective actions, prepare report, submit to customer).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Quality
- 5+ years' relevant work experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
