THE POSITION

The Business Support Intern (Sales Operations Intern) provides administrative, sales, and reporting support to the Business Development function. The role focuses on ensuring effective coordination, accurate documentation, and timely preparation of reports and presentations.

The position is suitable for candidates with a strong learning mindset, high level of responsibility, and willingness to support across multiple tasks. Prior experience is not mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and internal coordination
• Handle emails, document organization, and general administrative tasks
• Maintain structured records and ensure data accuracy

2. Sales & Client Support

• Support lead research and basic market research activities
• Assist with outreach preparation, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups
• Prepare and format client-facing materials, including presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Support ongoing sales campaigns and internal sales tracking

3. Reporting & Presentation Support

• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and dashboards
• Support the creation of presentations for internal and external meetings
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear and structured outputs

4. Project & Team Support

• Assist project teams with document preparation and coordination
• Support deliverable tracking and basic task follow-ups

REQUIREMENT:

• Undergraduate students (any major) or fresh graduates. Available to work full-time (Monday–Friday)
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to support across administrative, sales, and reporting tasks

Prior experience is an advantage but not required. Selection is based primarily on attitude and learning ability.

Working time: 9h-18h (Mon-Fri)

Location: Han Viet Tower, 348 Kim Nguu, Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
