- Preparation the detail shop-drawing from design drawing.
Drawing while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design
- Checking shop drawing from sub-contractor
- Coordinate with the with relevant departments of design, QS & Construction team for preparation of shop-drawings submissions for approval including the related details of the civil part and the M&E parts.
- Ensure that all shop drawing must be done with constructability to TODA’s standard and regulation of design in Vietnam, meet Clients expectations Prepare all related documents to present in the meeting with Client.
- Check quality of construction with design drawing (design, materials, basic quality, compliance).
- Create the document of design change and feedback sheet.
- Identify successful examples in projects, and analyze factors of defect cases.
- Other works assigned by Superior.
- Male, Female / Age: 25-35 years-old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or Architectural Engineering.
- Having good knowledge and practice of Vietnamese design standard, building code
- Good at English
- At least 5 years of experience in design to shop-drawing deployment of Interior works (office/house/restaurant/clinic/shop);
- Experience working at a foreign-affiliated design company (working experience in Japanese Company is an advantage).
- High proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3Ds MAX / Photo shop / Illustrator / Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently.
- Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details and has good communication skills.
- Can work OT and stand high pressure
- Candidate is required to submit Portfolio when applying
