Mô Tả Công Việc

- Drafting layouts, elevations, and construction details for residential remodeling
projects.
- To be involve in project development from concept design (mostly) to tender document, construction document.
- Contribute ideas, study and share knowledge, skill with other members in design team.
- Examine by comparing core technologies in each specialized field, following superior’s instruction.
- Prepare all related documents to present in the meeting with Client.
- Check quality of construction with design drawing (design, materials, basic quality, compliance).
- Create the document of design change and feedback sheet.
- Identify successful examples in projects, and analyze factors of defect cases.
- Other works assigned by Superior.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management.
- Having at least 3 years of experience.
- Having good knowledge and practice of Vietnamese design standard, building code.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup, PS.
- Basic knowledge on Revit or other BIM software is required. Having good experience working with BIM, ISO 1965 is an advantage.
- Can work OT and stand high pressure, having sense of organizing his own work
- Proactive thinking, creative, hard working.
- Used to work for Japanese constructor is an advantage.
- Good at English
- Male: max 40 years of age
- Work at HCM office (sometimes go to site).
