Mô Tả Công Việc

- Responsible for quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings and cross-check the tender quantities;

- Work closely with design team, calculate Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation of projects;

- Control works quality and time schedule within group;

- Prepare and submit tender documents;

- Collect and formulate cost Database … and others related to professional job;

- Contact Suppliers, Subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make cost comparison sheet;

- Study and make Value Engineering and Cost Down Report;

- Ensure all information and documentation of the contractual and commercial work are achieved and stored systematically and properly that are accessible easily by all people;

- Working at HCM Office or Construction site as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated from construction economics major or relevant major;

- Age limit requirements: 22-26;

- Have at least 2 years experienced in the same position (field of work: factory, warehouse, interior);

- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…), AutoCAD;

- Intermediate English Skills.

- Other Skills: Analytical/ problem solving/ decision making/presentation/document control skills.

- Candidate priority: Good health, can playing sports and art is an advantage.

- Gross salary: 9 -12 million vnd (not included OT wage)
