📌 Job Description

• Support design, bidding, and construction supervision of MEP systems for ongoing development projects in Hanoi.
• Participate in major projects including the Star Lake Mixed-Use Development Project (WSH) and the New School Construction Project.
• Assist in project management activities for the developer: design coordination, schedule control, budget monitoring, bidding, and construction supervision (quality & safety).
• Perform construction supervision at the WSH site: review construction drawings, monitor quality, and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and manage/edit CAD drawing data.
• Coordinate with project teams, designers, contractors, consultants, and partners in both English and Vietnamese.
• Provide English–Vietnamese interpretation when required (optional).

📌 Job Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Experience requirements:
• Executive/Senior Executive: minimum 3 years in MEP/building equipment.
• Assistant Manager: 5–8 years in MEP/building equipment.
• Experience working in design offices, general contractors, PM/CM firms, or related environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical college degree in Building Engineering/MEP.
