1.    Level: Up to Assistant Manager (base on salary level)

2.    Job Description:

1,        Work in real estates projects (Education, Office, retails, residence) in Hanoi and northern areas. Including: Market research, Due Diligence, Contract negotiation, closing support                                               

2,        Control governance according to company's policy                                    

3,        Work and report to managers as per requests                                   

4,        Coordinate with subordinates and receive reports from them               

5,        Coordinate with other teams in case they need BD/AM Supports                                 

3.    Personnel Portrait:

- At least 03-5 years of experience project management field.

- Degree: Bachelor or above  

- Language capability:            Japanese and English (Business Level)

- Soft skills: Negotiation, team work 

- Age/ Gender : Female/male

- Personality : Positive thinking, hard working, eager to learn new things 

4.    Benefits:

- Salary: Up to 41M (net) VND

- Bonus: Approximately 1.5 months salary

- Salary increase: Once a year

- Benefits: In accordance with the law

5.    Working conditions:

1. Work location: IPH office building

2. Working hours: Weekdays 8:00-17:00 (Lunch break 12:00-13:00)

3. Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (based on the Vietnamese calendar)

5. Overtime pay: Paid

6. Trial period: 60 days

7. Joining the company: As soon as possible

6.    Recruitment process:

1. Written test + 2 round interviews

2. Interviewers: HR + VNese manager (Round 1); JPese manager (Final round)
