Job Description
- Project Execution (70%)
- Prepare all necessary info e.g. gathering data, processes to initiate the new projects.
- Supporting the lead from planning, execution and monitoring quality of the assigned projects.
- Provide the reports/update to keep stakeholders informed about progress and key deliverables.
- Create the work-breakdown structure & task list to ensure projects critical-path are timely executed.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the projects/programs deliver on time in full & meet the success metrics.
- Maintain routine reports/activities of on-going programs.
- Experience Improvement 30%
- Drive continuous process/workflow improvement to improve/sustain the user experience as well as optimize the workload of related parties.
- Searching for actionable insights from current surveys/reports to nurture ideas/plans that drive user’s satisfaction.
- BA / BS/ Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Preferably candidates in eCommerce, Express, E-Logistics industries and in the field of customer experience, customer service or support roles.
- Good at stakeholder management, presentation and project management.
- Good at excel, power-points, google sheet, google slides….
- Customer Centricity mindset, resilient, team-work spirit, enjoy working with people and working in a fast-paced environment is a must.
