On the job training with international teams
Mô Tả Công Việc
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assist Commercial Lead with regular and ad-hoc performance tracking, analysis, and reporting of business and airline performance
2. Monitor and align business initiatives to ensure achievement against business targets, including liaising with cross-functional team discussions consisting of Finance, Marketing, Data & Economics, Pricing, Product and Market Management, to drive overall products/countries performance.
3. Assist Commercial Manager in developing commercial strategy by identifying potential revenue evers for specific products/countries including assessing strategic/tactical options along with its potential cost, effort, risk, and benefits container.
4. Review competitors' movement and anticipate these to meet financial metrics/ objectives
5. Support in other aspects of the business such as launching new products, campaigns, and projects.
6. Participate in account management and collaboration with Airline partners.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
1. Advanced or Native level of English & Vietnamese.
2. Fresh or recent graduate from a top-tier university with a minimum 3.5 GPA out of 4.
3. Preferred major of business or engineering majors (e.g. Finance / Management / Industrial Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics)
4. Must have strong critical and analytical thinking skills
5. Familiar or comfortable with financial modeling and analysis or business strategy development
6. Have the bandwidth to process a large amount of information with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheet.
7. Excellent in execution and possess a growth mindset
8. Discretion with handling sensitive and confidential information
9, Strong sense of ownership and accountability while also pay attention to details
10. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
