About The Team

The Process Excellence team is an important part of the OPEX (Operation Excellence) team. Main jobs include but are not limited to taking lead on sharpening the process framework, building process roadmap to improve Operations in many aspects including SLA, cost, and productivity,...

Job Description

Fill up SOP roadmap and build SOPs as per priorities set;
Take initiatives to identify problems/ Receive problems raised by stakeholders;
Collect data, collaborate with functional teams to conduct analysis and identify key findings;
Facilitate SOP to close gap and follow up with stakeholders on the SOP effectiveness;
Find gaps between current practices and SOP and work on solutions to close gaps;
Identify key metrics and indicators which impacts on each SOP;
Create and manage trackers for those metrics and indicators;
Work as a project coordinator to ensure each SOP project kick-off is well delivered with full alignment from relevant stakeholders and approval following to the company approval matrix;
Conduct regular reviews and updates for SOP roadmap, check on the valid, effectiveness of each SOP;

Requirements

2-5 years of proven experience in logistics, e-commerce, express services;
Data driven mindset: Be able to understand insights via data;
Effective communication: clear the messages to be sent out and clear what we want to receive from stakeholders;
Take ownership and possess “go an extra mile” in each task;
Result- driven mindset;
Critical thinking, problem-solving attitude and continuous improvement mindset;
Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint/Slide Presentation;
English speaking is a must;
Understand/ experience in ISO, BPM, CMMi,...is a plus
