What You Will Do

Lead the scrum team (multi-scrum teams) using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Guide the scrum team in self-organization.
Help the product owner and scrum team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
Help the scrum team to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
Work directly with the product owner in prioritizing project works and with teams to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining agile principles.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Manage project activities for one or multiple projects and requests across all management phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
Ensure software development standards and practices are followed. Identify and resolve risks, issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring. Develop competencies and maturity of the team, build the backup plan. Full awareness of the team’s commitments, health and impediments, ensure communication and collaborations among members and teams are effective.
Establish and implement training processes and strategies for team members.
Work directly with international business partners in prioritizing project works & coordinating product roadmap development in order to achieve the ultimate objectives of products/projects.

Job Requirement

Holder of a BS. Degree in computer-related field.
Fluent in English.
Expertise in Agile.
Strong written, verbal communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
At least 12+ years of experience including 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in an international environment.
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
Tunes behavior to the situation and has multiple leadership styles.
Ambitious in team performance and team growth, reflective in team self-organization.
Experience of working in fast moving/fluid environment where tight deadlines frequently need to be met, solid time-management skill.
Analytical, computer, math and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and to explain the software.
Experience with Jira or similar Agile execution and CICD is highly desirable.
Certification in Scrum is a plus.

GIỚI THIỆU VỀ TRƯỜNG CĐ SAIGONACT:

Trường Cao đẳng Văn hoá Nghệ thuật và Du lịch Sài Gòn (SAIGONACT) được thành lập năm 2006 và được Thủ tướng đồng ý chủ trương thành lập trường Đại học Du lịch Sài Gòn (SAIGONTU) năm 2017. Năm 2022, trường quyết tâm hoàn tất mọi điều kiện để trường Đại học Du lịch Sài Gòn có quyết định chính thức và đi vào hoạt động.
