We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand and manage their expectations
• Defines project scope, timeline, and deliverables, breaks down work into manageable tasks
• Facilitates collaboration between developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Organizes meetings, standups, and progress reports follow Agile/Scrum methodology
• Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Develops mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Implement best practices for process improvements and team efficiency.

Requirements

• From 2 years of experience in software project management 
• Solid knowledge of with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
