Key Responsibility

Order Planning-

- Independently take care order planning for the assigned factory, work with US head quarter, with China cross team and factory to assure on-time delivery(90days leadtime)

- Book and validate capacity for the assigned factory, work on forecast/draft buy/official buy each month, track buy ready, track material delivery, monitor production, track and solve issues when happen.

- Process are: use forecast to book/validate capacity in factory, start track with PD/Tech/factory for the buy ready(T1 approval & confirmation sample approval, full size molds) to the planned buy, check mold capacity to give suggestion either level load the buy or open additional mold; upon draft buy release, recheck buy ready or any exception, feedback same day to HQ for official PO create; upon official buy, release PO factory and execute the PO. Work with cross team/factory to track material delivery, track T2-T4 schedule, drive and solve all issues with cross function team. Monitor production plan use tools of material purchase list, output report, communicate with HQ when needed, weekly update to HQ for all open order status by weekly report. Repeat all the process each buy month.

- Maintain & update other report to monitor and report the delivery, eg. Order Master File.
