Mô tả Công việc
1. IT support for desktop and laptop computers in the office or remotely.
2. Access system maintenance and management, including network camera and finger-print system running normally.
3. E-mail, FTP and account management.
4. Create share folder/ data, sharing platform and authority system for accessing.
5. Backup work data periodically.
6. Implement internet security measurements.
7. Maintain data transfer/ VPN connection stability.
8. ERP system maintenance and management. Management for server and IT support for client.
9. Assist in the system support for financial system and HR system.
10. Monitor cost for internet and telephone.
11. Handle meeting scheduling, maintain video conference system running smoothing and slove connect problem.
12. Keep IT equipment record and update periodically.
13. Server room management, and other network equipment and office equipment maintenance.
14. IT infrastructure improvement.
15. IT project management and implementation.
16. Manage IT vendors, source and purchase computer and network equipment, and payment application.
17. Other IT issues assigned by management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Solid technical skills in establishing, troubleshooting and maintaining data communication system.
2. Technical and analytical skills with infrastructure systems environments and protocols.
3. Hands on skillset to maintain server and e-mail, network/ internet/ VPN/ connection, data security, phone system, video conference system;
4. Budgeting skills and cost control skills.
5. Good organizing, communication, team-work skills.
6. Good skills and strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Ensure the information system running stable by providing IT Supoort and assistant to staffs in IT issue in a timely manner and within reasonable budget cost.
