Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Follow up throughout the complete life cycle of new item (furniture product category) from scratch to launch, make sure the development is accomplished on schedule.
2. Work with the established vendors to develop new items based on US designers' requirements and inspiration, source new vendors and suitable products when brand-new categories are coming up.
3. Be able to make acute and accurate judgement on the feedbacks from both vendors and US counterparts to make the sampling process go smoothly and efficiently. Proactively collect the vendors' information and analyze competitors. overall capabilities thereby to maximize the output at a controllable development cost within a fixed time spectrum.
4. Handle the sampling requests step by step. Bridging the communication between vendors and U.S. team on reviewing the products' specification, space and structure design, outlook, function, cost breakdown, sampling methods, revision quality issues, etc. Work closely with internal quality engineering team during the whole sampling process.
5. Maintain good relationships with vendors. Occasionally one-day short trip is required.
6. Familiar with the furniture industry, equipped with a good sense of the market trends and a comprehensive knowledge of development process, manufacturing techniques, EU/US quality compliance, etc.
7. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by department manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate or above, preferably in English, Foreign Trade, International Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the furniture industry.
- Established a strong procurement network in China and Southeast Asia.
- Excellent analytical skills, effective planning abilities, and keen market awareness.
- Proactive, self-motivated, positive work attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Office software.
- Excellent English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing (mandatory). Regular online meetings with colleagues in the United States are required.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with others in both work and interpersonal interactions.
-Chinese is a plus.
