We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a hands-on and experienced Team Lead - Developer to join our engineering team in Ho Chi Minh. This role is ideal for someone with a strong back-end background, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building high-quality systems. As a Team Lead, you will contribute directly to the codebase, drive system design, and guide the team to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example with hands-on coding, primarily on back-end services.
• Design robust, scalable, and secure systems and architecture.
• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively for the team.
• Guide and mentor engineers to support their growth and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Review code, suggest improvements, and enforce best practices.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with team goals
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in back-end development with languages such as Golang, C#, or JavaScript.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies is a plus.
• Proven ability to design systems, break down complex tasks, and manage team workflow.
• Experience working across different languages and tech stacks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Competitive English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Prior experience in a leadership or senior engineering role.
• Located in or willing to work in Ho Chi Minh City (Hybrid setup).
