Responsibilities

1. Training and Talent Development

• Develop HR strategies aligned with the company’s business orientation and long-term development plans.
• Lead and refine HR systems to ensure flexibility and adaptability to organizational changes.
• Establish internal development roadmaps, build succession pipelines, and implement medium- to long-term talent development strategies.

2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

• Design and implement a comprehensive talent management system throughout the value chain (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention).
• Identify, attract, and select high-level talent in line with the company’s growth and expansion needs. Ensure timely and accurate provision of high-quality human resources.

3. Corporate Culture and Employee Experience

• Take charge of implementing and promoting the company culture and establishing unified organizational values.
• Continuously improve compensation and benefits policies to boost employee engagement and experience.
• Develop programs and systems aligned with organizational development goals to strengthen core competitive capabilities.

4. Performance and Compensation Management

• Gain in-depth understanding of the parent company and subsidiaries’ operations, internal logic, and mechanisms.
• Conduct market research and benchmark compensation policies to design suitable reward and incentive systems.
• Develop effective and feasible performance-based incentive mechanisms to boost productivity and maintain organizational vitality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, or Psychology preferred.
• Proficient in English or Chinese.
• Over 10 years of HR experience (with at least 5 years in a managerial role); experience in the beauty, FMCG, or retail industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational, execution, coordination, communication, and writing skills.
• Experience building HR systems or supporting companies with 100–300 employees is a plus.
