About the role

Reporting solid line to the Controlling Manager, you will be responsible for Sales financial planning as well as will play a business partner with commercial team to follow commercial strategies and to achieve company financial goals.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have strong data analytical skills and result oriented, a background within the FMCG / retail industry will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

*** Sales Financial Planning & Analysis

- In charge of daily Sales Dashboard & reports with clear KPI to manage daily sales performance & operation (in Power BI & Excel)

- Participate in annual budget and monthly rolling forecast process for Sales & Gross Margin by channel/region/SKU

- Manage and monitor Sales Volumes performance, provide to Sales managers and BOD with weekly/ monthly KPIs and meaningful analysis and comments to ensure correct understanding of the performance in both Channel GT (by Area, Region, by SKU, by Group of stores) and MT (by Region, by SKUs, by Key Account)

- Monitor Stock in Trade; evaluate Risk of waste and Return.

- Produce and monitor P&L Management report by Channel and SKUs (Gross to Net Sales, Gross Profit and Net Profit)

- Review all accounting booking related to Sales activities and Trading terms management.

*** Commercial Business Partnering & Performance Monitoring

- Assist Sales manager in monitoring actual Sales performance, evaluate the financial impact of Sales variance on budget and company financial P&L.

- Support Commercial team in control and monitor discount spending, pricing control, value chain management align with budget & P&L commitment.

- Monitor Marketing and other related operating expenditures in line with company financial instructions and budget.

- Support Sales Manager for trading terms negotiation with key customers with deep analysis on performance, strategy and development potential.

- Conduct financial analysis of commercial projects to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment.

- Provide pricing analysis (Modern Trade & Traditional Trade) and Pricing Adhoc analysis for new SKU

- Monitor Commercial Team performance, support Sales Managers to improve productivity and Commercial resource allocation.

- Support and challenge business decisions including promotion/brand/marketing investment, including review and control all promotional schemes and provide post evaluation for promotion activities
