The chart illustrates the proportion of people who visited a cinema on different days of the week, in a European country, in three separate years (2003, 2005 and 2007).
It can be seen that there were not considerable changes in people’s preference on which day to go to the cinema over the period. People in this country tended to go to the cinema on weekends rather than on working days.
In 2003, 40% of people from this country went to the movies on a Saturday, compared to the 30% who chose Friday or Sunday. On the other days, the proportion of movie-goers was higher on Tuesday, at 20%, while the lowest figure can be seen on Mondays, at only 10%.
Over the next four years, the percentage of people going to the cinema on weekends increased slightly, by about 5%, to 45% for Saturday and 35% for Sunday. Similarly, Thursday and Monday became more popular among cinema-goers, with about 2% more people choosing these days. However, fewer people went to see movies on Tuesday and Wednesday, with the figures falling to 19% and 9% respectively. Finally, there was stability, at 30%, in the proportion of movie-goers choosing to go to the cinema on a Friday.

The bar chart gives the information about the rate of going to cinema during 7days of week by Europeans between 2003 and 2007.Overall,there was seen a small fluctuations in people’s preference of which day they go to the cinema over the entire period.People in Europe tended to go to the on the weekend rather than on Monday to Friday.
In 2003,40% of people went to the cinemas on a Saturday,compared to 30% on Friday or Sunday each.On the other days,most people went to the cinema on Tuesday at 20%,while the lowest one can be seen on Monday at only negligible 10%.
Over the next 4 years,the percentage of people going to the cinema on weekends increased slightly to 45% and 35% for Saturday and Sunday respectively.Similarly,Thursday and Monday become more popular among cinema-goers,with about 2% more people choosing these days.However,fewer people went to see movies on Tuesday and Wednesday with the figures falling to 19% and 9% respectively.Finally,the movie-goers proportion choosing a Friday remained stable during three year of period.

It is interesting to note, that cinema visitors on Wednesdays presented an all-time low index at just above 7,5% throughout the week, in 2007. In contrast, the percentage of going to a movie theatre in 2003 is been unsurpassed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays over the period commencing from 2003 to 2007.

Additionally, on Fridays, the attendance of inhabitants in all given years plateaued and remained the same.
However, on one of the weekdays,on Saturday , individuals who visited the movies in 2003 hit rock bottom at 40%, while in 2005 this trend reached the apex, but subsequently, over the period of 2 years it culminated at nearly 45%.
