Nowaday, the population is increasing and the area of land used is shrinking. So, creating housing areas by providing taller building is better than creating housing by building houses on a wider area of land.
If we use up all the space on a wider area of land, we will have to build high-rise building.
Taller buildings will cover the huge demand of those hunting for a place to live in rwhen we talk about a city center. A number of young people tend to start their career in bigger towns. Or young families will prefer cheaper housing until they save enough money for their own farm house in the village. For such groups cozy flat is a rational option.
Meanwhile, expanding houses in horizontal direction might pose a threat to the environment and people’s life. It is obvious that land will not grow while the population keeps increasing. As a result, forest land, the habitat of a variety of animals, can be encroached to make room for people. For example, in Brazil, a major part of forests are removed for residential area, which not only endangers wildlife but also puts human civilization at higher risk of natural disasters. With narrowed forests, floods and droughts have taken place more often, damaging the agriculture, the economy and other important sectors of this country.
In conclusion, employing the same area of land, vertical cities can be more beneficial than horizontal cities which are not only environmentally damaging but also unsustainable in the long run. Personally, it is advisable to develop their city in a vertical way as soon as possible.

In this modern generation, each and every people had the wish to live in a big house full of furniture so that is why now we are suffering from the issue of land for a living. Some groups of people like to stay in a flat which has multiple floors as it is a little bit cheaper than living in a row house while other people believe that a house must be decorated as per our taste so they want to build their house as per their requirement.
To begin with, it is irrefutable fact that multi floors apartments are quite cheaper than bungalows so builders would like to build these types of flats as middle-class people can easily buy and live a happy life with their families. Moreover, the benefits of the apartment are not only to spend happy life at a lower cost but it is also beneficial for a lot of people as in these kinds of flats builder can build more than 200 houses. Secondly, nowadays there is competition in the market to build high-rise buildings and get an attraction of people.
On the other hand, rich people demand to live in luxurious bungalows which maybe have a three or four-bedroom kitchen along with a garden area and a pool. So, they have to build their own villa which might be costlier as compared to others.
In Conclusion, creating tall buildings in the cities and rural areas is more beneficial for the government and individuals because in single flats multiple families live whereas while constructing their own villa upper-class people not only waste their money but also reduce the size of the land. So I believe that creating a housing area by building taller buildings is a good thing.

It is true that the question of whether governments should create residential areas by constructing vertical buildings or providing horizontal ones remains a source of controversy. Although both solutions have their advantages, I believe that the construction of taller buildings could bring about more positive impacts.
On the one hand, there are several compelling reasons why creating horizontal cities could lead to notable merits. The first reason is that the service expenditure in the accommodations is not as costly as in the vertical cities. For example, the security charge or elevator fees will not be included if people reside in merely a double-story building. Another point is that residents who live in such housing would find themselves more safer and comfortable. This is because they are capable of extricating easily from emergency cases, such as fire, construction collapse, and avoiding elevator accidents. Moreover, the roomy living spaces in horizontal centrals make a major contribution to rendering an enjoyable life that helps to release stress and strain for people.
On the other hand, despite the arguments discussed above, I suppose that it is more beneficial to construct vertical buildings. One main reason is that such living areas can resolve the issue of accommodation shortage due to the population explosion in metropolitan centers. An explanation for this is that land on Earth will not grow any bigger while the human population is ever-increasing. If tall apartments are erected and chosen as a place of residence, a unit of land can accommodate a larger number of residents. A notable benefit can be considered is that a wide range of goods and services such as rental offices, shopping malls, and coffee shops are associated together in many skyscrapers in a ubiquitous way. As a result, people can enjoy a luxurious living standard which facilitates their work and study.
In conclusion, for the reasons I have mentioned above, I am of the belief that while creating housing on a wider area of land has some effective impacts on the life of people generally, constructing vertical apartments would be a better solution for national authorities to address many pressing issues today.

The vast majority of cities are constructing residential zones by constructing high-rise buildings, while others create neighbourhood by houses which are located on a wider area of land. Skyscrapers are better, as they provide services which can help individuals save their time and money, while individual place of residence requires a good amount of attention.
Tall apartments are the best solution because they have their own privileges such as security, cleaning of entrance and playground for kids, which are money-saving and labour-saving. As, by dividing a certain price among all people who live in that particular place , they can pay less. For example, in the city called Shymkent , 55 per cent of the population is moving to flats , especially to the property of a builder named Bi Group. For this reason, they are offering convenient facilities such as closed yards with security, so parents will not be worried about their kids.
Detached mansions are not the profitable variant, as an individual should take off his property by highlighting a special date . Due to the fact,that it is a big land. For instance, a good number of the crowd want to change their place of living, as they do not have time to take care of their home and they can not pay for security and cleaning.
In conclusion, high buildings are better, as they have a comfortable service for people, meantime individual residences require a lot of time. It is predicted that, after 20 or 30 years everyone will change their houses.

In a number of cities, the location of houses is spread out in a large area, but others are built on a smaller land and consist of skyscrapers. Although some prefer living in a concrete jungle surrounded by hundreds of tall houses, I believe that housing located on a wider land has more space for greenery which ensures a healthier lifestyle.
On the one hand, skyscrapers provide living spaces and offices for a significant amount of people who offer their resources for the area. Since the sky does not have a limit, architects are making houses with numerous stories. Because of that, more families are able to move there; therefore, bringing in more money and working staff for the city. For example, New York is known for having big buildings that create an appealing look for the city. It is one of the richest and most populated states in the U.S. with an increasing number of people moving there every year.
On the other hand, places with smaller infrastructure have a lot more green areas. The houses are spread out, leaving free areas between them which often are filled with trees, bushes and flowers. Because the plants turn carbon dioxide into oxygen, the air quality is really good. To illustrate, the capital city of Latvia, Riga has only a few tall buildings while most are small and evenly spread out across the whole city. As of result, there are a lot of parks and trees. Riga is known for being one of the greenest cities and has outstanding air quality.
In conclusion, cities packed with tall houses earn more financial resources because they can provide a huge number of living spaces, whereas areas with a wider spread of buildings benefit from a clean environment with no air pollution.
