In 1997, the average property price in countries B and C was approximately 125,000. Yet, by 2005, the average house price in country B rose to around 375K, whereas prices in country C only increased to around 250K by 2007. Prices in nation B were markedly lower from 2005 to 2008, then significantly higher until 2012, when prices fell to roughly 500K at the end of the period. Likewise, prices in country C declined until 2008, then climbed steadily until 2013 after slightly dropping to roughly 260K.

Overall, it is evident that house prices experienced an upward trend in all 3 countries over the period given. Furthermore, in country B, and country A, costs increased dramaticaly, though changes in the accomadation prices observed a gradual increase in country C.
Looking in more detail, the house fee in the Country A was the higher compared to other countries in 1997, with 100K. Moreover, these patterns commenced in around the 90k, both country B and C. However, this figure for the Country B increased sharply to just above 250k by 2001, and the accomadation costs in Country A and Country C grew slightly around 120k, respectively. Additionally, the house cost in Country A experienced a significant growth about 510K by 2003. Likewise past trend, the residence values in country B and C improved to 300k and 200k, resptively.
Regarding other changes, the house fees in Country A fluctuated by 2010, remained at 600K. In addition, this figure for town B increased significanly to around 500K in 2009, before a minor decline in 2008 and it increased roughly 500k. Meanwhile, the accomadation costs for Country C experienced a gradual increase at the end of the perid to almost 250k.

in addition, the house price in country b followed a mounting trajectory from 1991 to 1995, increasing by roughly 100. however, between 1996 and 1998, there was a remarkable fall in this figure. after that, a recovery was recorded at the end of the period, finishing with approximately 500.
