Job Summary

Adecco's client is a leading company in the real estate industry.

Job Responsibilities

Advise the Board of Directors on quarterly/annual business plans for the entire Division.
Control and be responsible for the business performance of real estate projects (sales, leasing, etc.) across the Company.
Control and approve Marketing plans, ensuring creative and highly effective implementation channels without waste.
Control the implementation of sales activities in different regions and be responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual cash flow targets according to the plan.
Research, evaluate, and control proposals for conceptual planning orientations for real estate projects, ensuring that real estate products are highly competitive, meet customer preferences, keep up with market trends, and achieve business effectiveness.
Develop product and project portfolios, and business methods in line with the Group's development direction and legal regulations.
Regularly review and propose adjustments/additions to action plans for areas under management to meet the Board of Directors requirements.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 05 years of experience in senior leadership positions (Director of Sales or higher) at reputable real estate investors/firms, with similar scale;
In-depth understanding of the real estate market, competitors, marketing operations, and business strategy formulation;
Familiarity with regulations related to real estate business activities;
Strategic thinking ability, management and leadership capabilities, and ability to train the sales team;
Passionate, responsible, and enthusiastic about sales and business.
