[Junior/Middle/Senior] Full Stack Developer (Java, Spring Boot, React)

Job Description

We are looking for Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team working on web application and cloud-related projects including AI, Machine Learning, and Data Learning Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java-based backend and modern front-end technologies. Depending on your level (Junior/Middle/Senior), responsibilities and expectations will vary accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web/mobile applications.
• Build efficient and reusable components using Java (Spring Boot) and React (or other SPA frameworks).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various services.
• Ensure responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and application quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continuously explore new technologies and apply them to improve product quality.
• (For Senior roles): Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture decisions.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• For Middle: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• For Senior: 4+ years of experience with strong system design and leadership capability.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
• Front-end development using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiar with REST API development and integration.
• Database experience: MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL with solid SQL skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Intermediate English communication skills (TOEIC 550+).
• Proactive and responsible work ethic.

Nice to Have (Preferred):

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, GenAI, or AI-related projects.
• Knowledge of cloud environments: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with other technologies: Python, Node.js.
• Experience with JavaScript charting libraries (e.g., Echarts, Chart.js, d3js).
• UI frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI).
• Experience developing with OAuth authentication.
• Experience in Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
• SQL performance optimization.
• Ability to communicate in Korean is a strong plus.
