1. Take daily inventory of keys at the beginning & at the end of the shift & handover to the supervisor on duty.
2. To maintain the HSK store rooms and ensure that all guest supplies are ordered & stocked in sufficient quantities to ensure a smooth operation
3. Prepare morning & afternoon villa attendant’s work sheets with the consultation of the supervisor on duty.
4. To attend to guest request and queries courteously and promptly.
5. Receive messages from other departments and communicate clearly to the relevant persons in the department. Record them correctly.
6. To update Cadena system and roster on daily basis.
7. To follow up & update the status of the guest requests in the FCS system.
8. Maintain the lost & found records & stores following the lost & found procedure.
9. To follow up and update the room status promptly in the opera system.
10. Maintain the cleanliness of the HSK office

1. Receiving 100% of salary and service charge during 2-month probation period.
