The Role

This position will assist in manning the front office of Mapletree’s headquarters’ with another Receptionist.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests at the reception in a professional, approachable, and friendly manner.
• Check guests in/out, take payments, issue bills.
• Deal with guest's requirement.
• Managing the front desk reception duties such as handling incoming phone calls, emails and registering visitors, etc.,
• Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and rules of the company.
• Assist in employee programs as well as participate in projects aimed at improving the operation of the front desk reception.
• Other ad-hoc day-to-day reception duties.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification in college or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in receptionist duties or customer service.
• Experience in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proficient in basic switchboard operation (transferring calls, voice mail, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work a rotating shift (AM, PM and night shift)
