As an Electronic Component Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to writing ECO or supporting international engineers in global support services department to maintain serviceability of our customer’s tools in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry.

Job description:
- Find replacements or suppliers for obsolete parts such as printed circuit board assemblies, engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics, cable harnesses, electrical components, mechanical components, etc.,
- Extract and analyze the bill of materials for parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies
- Review, revise, update, and release product documentation for engineering change orders (ECO)
- Create and modify electrical and mechanical design drawings as needed for product documentation.
- Communicate directly with overseas customers via email and zoom
- Cooperate with other groups such as Sustaining Engineering, Global Support Services, Product Support, QA, R&D to control and release product documentation onto the lifecycle management and manufacturing execution systems
- Provide regular updates on project progress and project reports
