We’re seeking a dedicated English-Vietnamese Translator to join our team for a high-stakes consulting project with top-level business stakeholders.

Role Overview

As our Translator, you will play a critical role in bridging communication between different stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Live Translation: Attend all meetings - including sensitive and high-level sessions such as Board of Director meetings - to provide real-time, accurate interpretation between English and Vietnamese.
• Document Translation: Translate a variety of working documents, reports, and presentations from English to Vietnamese, ensuring clarity, precision, and cultural relevance.
• Team Integration: Work closely with consulting teams and client representatives, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in live translation or business interpretation (especially in boardroom or executive settings) is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to translate business documents with technical and strategic content
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
• Must be based in Hanoi or willing to relocate
