Blue Dragon is seeking a passionate and highly motivated coordinator to lead the excellent fundraisers within Blue Dragon's donor relations team. Key responsibilities for this full-time position, which will be based in Blue Dragon's centre in Hanoi, include:

• Providing guidance, support and leadership to team members
• Maintaining and developing relationships with Blue Dragon's supporters
• Developing, implementing, and documenting team plans, tools and systems

The successful candidate will be someone who wishes to serve, loves to work in a team, is excited by fast-paced challenges, and meets the following key selection criteria:

• Demonstrated commitment to Blue Dragon’s values.
• Relevant qualifications in Fundraising, Sales, Marketing or Communications and at least 3 years of experience in one or several of these fields.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and oral; including the ability to write articulately, error-free and warmly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team, manage the team’s performance and provide guidance for team members.
• Ability to organise and complete multiple tasks with short deadlines, paying close attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and implement initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Willingness to work out of hours and on weekends when required.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel within Vietnam.
• Experience in working in a non-profit environment.
• Commitment to child protection and safeguarding.
