1. Marketing Analysis and Strategy Development

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current marketing activities and their effectiveness.

2. Sales Alignment and Collaboration

• ·Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales targets and objectives.
• ·Design campaigns and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• ·Monitor sales feedback to continuously adjust marketing plans for maximum effectiveness.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making

• ·Collect, organize, and analyze data from all marketing channels, including digital platforms, offline campaigns, and customer feedback.
• Identify patterns and insights to guide decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
• Monitor ROI of marketing activities and adjust tactics to improve performance.

4. Team Management and Leadership

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
• Set clear goals and KPIs for team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

5. Campaign Execution and Monitoring

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. 3–5 years of experience in the supplement industry.

2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management.

3. Proven experience in managing a team.

4. Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

6. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
