• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Air Freight Sales team as the Air Freight Sales Manager
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing air freight sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth

Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the Air Freight Sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
• Set clear sales targets and carry out sales activity to achieve them
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for air freight sales, aligning with overall business goals
• Identify market opportunities and tailor dedicated solution
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports to track team performance against targets
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University degree preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, Management Administration, Aviation
• At least four (04) years of work experience in the field of cargo aviation
• Your available customers / forwarders' relationship … data is is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of aviation, basic goods, dangerous goods, aviation security management skills, safety management system
• Fluency in speaking and writing English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently or teamwork
