1. Digital asset management: Manage asset storage and ingestion on internal servers and adhere to standard file management procedures; organization and manipulation of still images as needed to create and maintain accurate and robust assortment of product visuals; Learn and apply all necessary naming conventions to all assets for archiving; Learn and apply any necessary in-house programs used to complete daily tasks
2. Managing Image Libraries: Organizing and curating digital image libraries, including file naming conventions and organization systems ensuring all assets are easy to find and use for the right purpose.
3. Collaborating: Working with CGI artists, Photographers and other creative team members as well as any and all departments across the organization both internally and externally to ensure a thorough understanding of any project requirements, deadlines, and proper delivery of high-quality assets to spec; Work with external image processing vendors ensuring clear communication as well as prompt delivery, acquisition and QC of organizational assets.
4. Legal Compliance: Ensuring images comply with legal and copyright regulations.
5. Maintaining Visual Identity: Contributing to the overall visual identity of a brand or organization by ensuring consistency in digital asset aesthetic and technical specs across all organizational platforms.
6. Product Data Management: Maintain an accurate product content database, ensuring data integrity throughout the entire SKU lifecycle, including set-up, publishing, and scrubbing. Fact-check all content and update revisions as needed through each stage of production.
7. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues related to asset quality, usage, or access. Researching and update required product assets as well as processes to ensure efficient and expeditious delivery of all assets to all recipients.
8. Must be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, digital file management storage and organization, Macintosh OS, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
9. Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.1. Preferred bachelor's degree in graphic design, 3D Design, Media Arts or related field.
2. 1+ years production art, photo editing with adobe photoshop, graphic design, 3D asset development or other related experience.
3. Must speak fluent English.
