Forecasting Process Improvement Leadership

• Ownership of SOPs: Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for demand planning and forecasting.
• Process Improvement: Identify and enhance critical forecasting processes like new product forecasting and consensus demand planning.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and streamline data collection; update SOPs after project completion.
• Change Management: Implement process changes and communicate results to management, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Forecasting Project Management

• Project Management: Scope and manage complex projects related to forecasting system enhancements and cross-functional alignment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure project success.

Training and Development

• Comprehensive Training: Provide training on forecasting SOPs and methodologies to all relevant stakeholders.
• Training Materials: Develop clear materials to support SOPs and ensure understanding of roles in the forecasting process.

Stakeholder Management

• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders critical to the forecasting process.
• Coordination: Escalate forecast deviations and facilitate discussions on key assumptions and initiatives.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

• Performance Analysis: Analyze forecasting performance and impact of demand drivers.
• Data-Driven Insights: Prepare presentations to support decision-making with actionable insights from data.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Good at English communication skill

- Minimum 05 years of progressive experience in a business process improvement, Demand planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Analysis, or S&OP role within a manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods environment.

- Proficiency in data analyst skills: SQL, Python and Power BI.
