Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Take care of existing customer services, resolving customer complaints.
2. Monitor and report warehouse usage plans and customer's import and export output.
3. Receive and analyze customer needs; offer prices to customers.
4. Support project/contract management, coordinate departments to complete project goals on time.
5. Make contracts, monitor and renew contracts.
6. Support debt collection.
7. Implement customer care policies.
8. Deploy customer service opinion survey.
9. Notify and update changes and new regulations from state authorities and the company.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business management, logistics, or any related fields.
- Good oral/written communication skills.
- 2-5 years experience in Warehousing, Contract Logistics industry is a must.
- Computer literate with basic skills on Microsoft Works, Excel, PowerPoint...
