*Overall mission
Expand sourcing (find, start, grow) in South East and South Asia.
Delivers to Clas Ohlson customers by Owning the new development/sourcing process, transfer brief/request to placed order that meets customer demand (cost, availability, quality & sustainability). Leads and constantly develop the business, ensure performance of own area of responsibility
*Responsibilities
• Identifies new potential suppliers, perform evaluation and issues requests for quotations that meet the company requirements on price, sustainability, quality standards, and lead time.
• Taking active role in securing purchasing practices and strategies are aligned and implemented with Vendors
• Understand and deliver on local/regional sourcing strategies and project plans.
• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production. Evaluate vendors’ capability. Keep track of vendors’ performance
• Work closely with stakeholders in Sweden and other IPO offices to ensure assortment demands are met and delivered
• Develop new/existing products according to inspiration brief/ developing brief/buying request from stakeholders in Sweden
• Has a constant improvement mindset and way of working. Follow-up and analyses business on monthly basis (KPI). Constantly look for opportunities and take actions to develop existing offer, by developing supplier base and products
• Working closely with main stakeholders in purchase team, (PD/QA/CSR) departments and stakeholders in Sweden to finish multiple tasks
*Ability
• International experience working with vendors in South East and South Asia, history of working in or with India is a plus
• Have experience with new supplier sourcing, startup and development.
• Competitive and constant drive for best and better deal. Product, Cost and Customer focused
• Dares to challenge and not afraid of failure
• Having the ability to create relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple functions (in Sourcing, Quality, CSR and Head office, etc…)
• Ability to organize, communicate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders for quotations, products, information, etc..
• Excellent and tactful negotiation skills and analytical skills
• Industry and product knowledge/awareness (Home, DIY, Leisure, Electrical, and Multimedia)
• Self-motivated, mature, independent and willing to work under pressure with high integrity
• Excellent presentation and communications skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally with different cultures. Salesmanship ability to sell solutions
• Understand and utilizes the market price or “Should Cost” price for key commodity items.

• 3-5 years’ trading company or buying office/agent working experience
*Other competencies
• Good PC skills at Excel, Word and Outlook
• Microsoft AX (preferably)
• Fluent in English communication , both written and spoken
Behavioural skills
• Competitive, strong sourcing knowledge, industry/material knowledge, analytic, negotiation skills, builds long term relationships, constant improvement mindset, likes a challenge, high integrity.

Clas Ohlson thành lập công ty Clas Ohlson & Co tại Insjön ở Dalarna vào năm 1918.
