Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities 1. Sales contract: Perform tasks related to Sales Contract - Draft the contract based on the Sales and customer information provided. - Sign, stamp, monitor contract recovery, and store the contract in a shared folder. - Manage the contract list to ensure the contracts are always valid. 2. Customer Master data - Create new customer codes and update customer information in the system. - Create user accounts for the electronic invoicing website. 3. Prices: - Accurately prepare price lists based on the information provided by the Sales team. - Enter price lists into the system using the provided template. - Enter prices into the SAP system. - Check and provide price information upon request from Sales. 4. Trade discounts: - Draft, sign, recover, and manage trade discount contracts. - Calculate in-period discounts for customers according to agreements and transfer them to the Customer Service and Warehouse departments for discounted invoice issuance. 5. Invoice adjustment protocols: - Compose adjustment protocols for invoices with incorrect prices or information. - Sign, recover, and forward to relevant departments (Customer Service, Warehouse) for invoice adjustments.
6. Support administrative tasks for the Sales team: - Sign, stamp, and send documents to customers. - Create purchase requests/orders to fulfill service requirements from suppliers as requested by the Sales team. - Arrange and allocate vehicles for Sales team visits to customers. - Support logistics in delivering gifts to customers. 7. Provide clear and prompt information and documents to facilitate auditing.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Experience - Bachelor’s degree with major in Business administration or related major - Prefer experience in Sales support/ Sales Admin or relevant - Knowledge in drafting contract, trade discount 2. Skill - Ability to communicate effectively with management levels, colleagues and customers. - Be honest and have a positive attitude. - Be patient and focused at work - Ability to work in groups and independently - Time management skills and work under pressure. - Good communication in English - Proficient in using MS Excel, Word
